Jim Reilly

PhotographJim is a motivated and accomplished professional with a career specializing in evaluating organizational needs and creative problem solving strategies.

His contribution to a business is in serving executives and their leadership team with aligning the company’s strategic plan with individual goals, backed by the accountability to achieve results.

His experience includes managing and directing teams within a Fortune 100 technology company in Sales, Customer Service, Strategic Planning and Process Management. Working with top leaders in the Bell Atlantic and NYNEX merger, Jim developed the company’s first Request for Proposal (RFP) inter-departmental process and created a support channel for an organization responsible for $1.2B in annual sales.

In an effort to stimulate business innovation and growth, he is effective in delivering motivational and inspirational speeches to audiences.

Jim has a Master of Science degree from Polytechnic University and completed Wharton’s Executive Development Program – ‘Leading Organizational Change’.

On a personal note, Jim is an experienced sailor and a 1st degree black belt in Japanese karate. His true enjoyment is spending quality time with his family.
