Joel Donen started CCI with the help of C.E.O.’s and consultants who said “If you can get my eight-year-old this passionate about implementing effective new skills and strategies at critical times in tennis tournaments, why don’t you build a coaching system for my company’s thirty-eight-year-olds and forty-eight-year-olds.”
Joel holds a master’s degree in education, specializing in computer technology that supports coaches in their important roles as agents of change and accountability. Joel volunteers with various community service organizations that create business solutions for the unemployed.
