Ralph Schoenfeld is a specialist in human performance. He leads the CCI team in the development of training and certification processes and materials, particularly in regards to his client-sensitive approach to consulting, training, facilitating, coaching, mentoring and lecturing.
Ralph earned his doctoral degree in Organizational/Educational Leadership at the University of San Diego. Ralph also enjoys his work with high performance athletes, sport teams, and coaches.
